His Excellency Juan Guaidó served as interim President for Venezuela from January 23, 2019 thru January 5, 2023. Congressman Darrell Issa represents California's 48th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. He is the seniormost member of San Diego’s Congressional Delegation.

General Jack Keane is a foreign policy and national security authority who provides nationwide analysis and commentary in speeches, articles, congressional testimony and through several hundred television and radio interviews annually. As the chief operating officer of the Army for over 4 years, he directed 1.5 million soldiers and civilians in 120 countries, with an annual operating budget of 110 billion dollars. General Keane was in the Pentagon on 9/11 and provided oversight and support for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. In late 2006 President Bush invited General Keane to the Oval Office among others to discuss Iraq. Alone among them, General Keane brought the president a concrete strategic concept, later to be known as the troop "surge" which he helped develop, to change American strategy for the war and improve its execution. During the surge period General Keane conducted frequent trips to Iraq and Afghanistan for senior defense officials. General Keane is a career infantry paratrooper, a combat veteran of the Vietnam War decorated for valor, who spent much of his military life in operational commands, including command of the famed 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and the legendary 18th Airborne Corps, the Army’s largest warfighting organization.

General Keane is the son of an immigrant mother, a WWII Marine father, a born and raised New Yorker. He was commissioned an infantry 2nd Lieutenant from Army ROTC as a Distinguished Military Graduate at Fordham University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree and received a Master of Arts degree from Western Kentucky University. He is a graduate of the Army War College and the Army Command and General Staff College.

Among his awards, General Keane was the first military leader to be honored with the Ronald Reagan Peace Through Strength Award and the prestigious Bradley Prize. In March of 2020 General Keane was presented with the Presidential Medal of Freedom at the White House. General Keane’s numerous military service medals and citations include two Defense and two Army Distinguished Service Medals, five Legions of Merit, the Silver Star, Bronze Star, three Vietnam Service medals, Combat Infantryman Badge, Master Parachutist Badge and Ranger Tab, to list a few.

Senator David H. McCormick was born in Washington, Pennsylvania, and raised in Bloomsburg. The son of two lifelong teachers and prominent educators and the oldest of two boys, Dave was raised to understand the value of hard work. Growing up, Dave played football and wrestled, trimmed Christmas trees, delivered newspapers, and bused tables at the Magee Hotel.

Dave was nominated to the United States Military Academy by a Pennsylvania Senator, and became the first kid from Bloomsburg to attend West Point in decades. After graduating, Dave went on to serve in the 82nd Airborne Division as a paratrooper. He was deployed to the Middle East during the First Gulf War and following his service in

Iraq he retired as a Captain.

After the Army, Dave earned his Ph.D. in international relations from Princeton University before moving to Pittsburgh to start a career in business. He worked his way up to become the CEO of FreeMarkets, a successful tech startup that employed hundreds in Western Pennsylvania.

In 2005, Dave was called to service again, this time in the highest levels of government, including as Under Secretary of Treasury and as Deputy National Security Advisor. For

four years, Dave spearheaded the fight to protect American technology from Chinese theft, advised the President on key national security issues, and helped negotiate the

global response to the 2008 financial crisis.

Following the administration, Dave joined Bridgewater Associates, one of the largest, most successful investment firms in the world, which manages the pension plans of

groups including teachers, firefighters and law enforcement. He served as CEO until he resigned to run for Senate in Pennsylvania in 2022.

Congressman Zach Nunn is in his second term serving Iowans in the Third Congressional District. A sixth generation Iowan, Zach was raised in a family of public school teachers, nurses, and farmers. While growing up, Zach helped out on his family’s Century family farm. He was raised on Des Moines’ east side and went to Southeast Polk High School before attending Drake University. He went on to get master’s degrees from the Air Command and Staff College and the University of Cambridge.

Zach served our country for almost two decades in the United States Air Force. As an airborne intelligence officer, Zach flew recon missions off the coasts of Russia and China. Following his active duty military service, Zach served in the Iowa House of Representatives and the Iowa Senate. While working in the state legislature, he helped pass the state’s largest tax cuts three times over, growing Iowa’s economy and putting more money back into the pockets of Iowans.

The Honorable Kimberly A. Reed served as the first woman Chairman of the Board of Directors, President, and CEO of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM)—the nation’s official $135 billion export credit agency—from 2019 to 2021 after being confirmed by the U.S. Senate with overwhelming bipartisan support.

During her EXIM tenure, Ms. Reed led efforts to reopen the now 91-year-old independent federal agency after four years of near closure and secured the longest-ever Congressional reauthorization. Ambassador Mike Waltz was sworn in as the 32nd U.S. Representative to the United Nations on September 20, 2025. Ambassador Waltz is a Colonel in the U.S. Army, a combat-decorated special forces officer, the former National Security Advisor to President Donald Trump, a former Congressman and small business owner, an author, and a proud father.

In 2018, Waltz became the first Green Beret to be elected to Congress. President Trump nominated the Honorable Robert Wilkie to serve as the tenth Secretary of Veterans Affairs. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on July 23, 2018, and sworn in on July 30, 2018. Mr. Wilkie previously served as the acting Secretary of VA from March 28 to May 29, 2018.

During the George W. Bush Administration, Mr. Wilkie served both Donald Rumsfeld and Robert Gates as Assistant Secretary of Defense from 2005–2009, and he was the youngest senior leader in the Department. Mr. Wilkie was Special Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs and a senior director of the National Security Council under Dr. Condoleezza Rice.

Mr. Wilkie was Vice President for Strategic Programs for CH2M HILL, one of the world’s largest engineering and program management firms, where for five years, he held program management and advisory assignments as diverse as the London 2012 Summer Olympics and the reform and reorganization of the United Kingdom Ministry of Defense Supply and Logistics System (DE&S).

Chad F. Wolf is the Founder and CEO of Wolf Global Advisors (WGA), a strategic advisory and consultancy firm that provides clients with an understanding of the domestic geopolitical environment, with a specific focus on the homeland and national security markets. Mr. Wolf has over 25 years of government and public policy experience having served in two Presidential Administrations, on Capitol Hill, and in the private sector.

Lee Zeldin was sworn in as the 17th Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency on January 29, 2025.

Administrator Zeldin has dedicated his life to public service. He served 22 years in the United States military, having deployed to Iraq in 2006 with the Army’s Elite 82nd Airborne Division and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve in May 2025. He served in the New York State Senate from 2011-2014 and later represented New York’s 1st Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives from 2015-2023.

During his eight years in Congress, Zeldin worked across party lines to preserve the Long Island Sound and Plum Island. He supported key legislation that became historic, bipartisan success stories like the Great American Outdoors Act and Save our Seas Act to clean up plastics from our oceans. He also led the fight for Sea Grant, combated per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in drinking water, voted for the Lautenberg Chemical Safety Act, and supported clean energy projects on Long Island.

At just 23, Lee became the youngest attorney in New York State at the time.
